Olympic is pleased to offer our customers design and completion choices when purchasing their new home. We are proud to offer our customers different stages of completion. Our Drywall Stage is popular for the homeowner that would like to do some of the work on their own. A drywall stage home has a fully finished exterior and a primed interior. This stage is ready for cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, shelving, etc., but does not include these items. Our Finish Stage is just that – finished, with the exception of painting walls and ceiling. You are not limited to these stages. We can add or remove items from either stage for you. Please click on Building Specifications for more details.
