Forklift Operators/Yard Hands

Site Supervisor - Ready to Move Homes

Responsibilities:
• Maintain security and organization of RTM area
• Ensure trades have materials required in a timely manner and all unused materials are returned to stock after each stage of construction.
• Review, instruct and advise trades on progress for on-time delivery.
• Complete quality control inspections and provide reports as required.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of construction work in homebuilding or renovations
• Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple time sensitive projects
• Good working knowledge of computers and reading blueprints are an asset.
